Community Management

A key part of community management is adhering all aspects of an organization’s persona to its mission and strategic initiatives. The truth is that partnership and relationship building cannot happen without an understanding of who each organization is and what they bring to the table. Open, honest, authentic communication builds mutually beneficial partnerships in the long run.

  • During my time at Innovate Marquette SmartZone I was promoted from marketing manager to director of marketing and communications. In addition to setting the strategy and managing marketing output the most important aspect of my position was building and maintaining relationships at a local, state, and national level in addition to 15 board members for the non-profit.

  • 10 months into my journey with EcoCart I took on managing strategy tech partnerships for our organization. Additionally, I managed content partnerships with brands like Cotopaxi, Rumpl, Sea to Summit, Crocs, and Ibex to create mutually beneficial content and awareness across the digital space.

  • In my spare time I’m the co-founder of a creative collective that helps pair creators with freelance work that is niche to their specialty. This encompasses strategic networking, relationship management, and a wide variety of community management tasks on the daily.
