Yoga & meditation for
everyone.
The Seva Series is a 100% donation-based yoga offering rooted in the practice of seva — selfless service. Each class is an opportunity to move, breathe, and gather in community while directly supporting organizations that reflect the core values of yoga: compassion, dignity, nourishment, justice, and collective care.
This series exists at the intersection of practice and purpose. Yoga is more than shapes on a mat; it is how we show up for one another. All proceeds from each class are donated to a local or values-aligned organization, creating a tangible ripple of impact beyond the four corners of your mat.
My intention is simple: to build spaces where inner work and outer service meet. Where our practice strengthens not only our bodies and minds, but our communities.
Move with intention. Give with heart. Practice in service.
Upcoming Seva Classes
Rooted in the traditions of Karma Yoga (the yoga of action) and Bhakti Yoga (devotion), Seva reminds us that care for our communities is an essential part of spiritual practice.
Each class in this series will support a different organization, allowing our practice to become a pathway for collective generosity and meaningful impact.

Why donation based?
-
✽
Yoga and meditation should be accessible to everyone—regardless of income.
Donation-based classes remove financial barriers, creating a space where healing and self-discovery are truly for all. -
✽
When we offer from the heart, we invite others to receive from theirs.
These offerings are built on trust, mutual respect, and the belief that people will give what they can, when they can. -
✽
Even 15 minutes of mindfulness can shift the course of a day.
These short, meaningful practices offer a pause—a chance to reset, breathe, and come home to yourself. -
✽
Seva, or selfless service, is a core value of yoga.
By practicing Seva, we honor yoga’s roots—not just as a physical practice, but as a path of caring for one another and acting as a community. -
✽
This model invites both giving and receiving as sacred acts.
Donating, attending, or simply showing up with presence—all are powerful ways to support the collective. -
✽
Every breath shared in community is a reminder: you are not alone.
These gatherings create space for connection, stillness, and healing—no matter where you are in life or on the map.
