My strategy increased daily impressions by 1169% and daily clicks by 737% in 15 months.

Through creating an SEO and thought leadership strategy paired with managing strategic content partnerships with key brands like Cotopaxi, Rumpl, Wolven, and Ibex I was able to solidify EcoCart as a brand authority in the climate and e-commerce space.

  • The SEO strategy at EcoCart was broken into two categories: 1. to inform and 2. to convert traffic into leads. The strategy I created took organic search to 55% of conversion paths for leads across our website. In addition, organic traffic acquisition increased by over 4,000% and content engagement 152% YOY. Through the creation of an editorial process where I managed writers, designers, and a technical SEO partner, I fostered a consistent cadence of net new and updated articles on technical subjects like carbon removal as well as conducted surveys to create reports as well as ebooks.

  • When I put on my thought leadership hat at EcoCart I started with auditing our current content and asked myself, “is it engaging? is it relevant? is it accurate?”. Wherever the answer wasn’t YES, we pivoted and recreated.

    By leading the redesign of all thought leadership assets, such as our newsletter design, and spearheading content partnerships I helped build trust and authority in the space. In addition, I planned out weekly email cadences, the reuse of content across platforms, as well as lead research that translated into narratives.

  • When EcoCart pivoted 10 months into my time there, I took on the management of strategic tech partnerships - such as Yotpo and LoyaltyLion. The goal of getting our name into our partner’s networks held a duality in link building as well as getting in front of our shared target audience and creating trust throughout our network.

    This included monthly meetings, planning co-hosted webinars, narrative spinning, and participating in partner marketing campaigns.

    I also directed an 11-chapter, 10-partner ebook, which garnered over 500 leads in 6 months.
